“My name is Travis Reinhold, and I am a fighter.

I have endured a brain cancer diagnosis, surgery, and treatment twice. I will not give in. I refuse to let this disease define my future. I am on a mission to raise awareness, inspire hope, and generate funding for research and treatment—because brain cancer is relentless, and we must be, too.

I am a husband and a father of three. I refuse to give up these aspects of my life. I want to be here to see my kids begin their adult lives, get married, and have children of their own. I want to hold my grandchildren.

Every day, approximately 33 people hear the words that changed my life: ‘You have brain cancer.’ I want to show them that this disease can be fought. I want them to have hope. I want to inspire them in their darkest moments.
But I know I can’t do this alone. I need your help.“

On June 17, 2026, Travis Reinhold will attempt to break the world record for completing The Great Loop,
an approximately 6,000-mile journey through the U.S. waterways.

This challenge isn’t just about setting a record. It’s a statement. It’s proof that a brain cancer diagnosis is
not the end—that survival is possible, and that with the right support, patients can continue to fight, adapt, and thrive.
